1. General Terms and Acceptance

Deposit Turnover:

• All deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time (100% of the deposited amount) before any withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Jaiho88 reserves the right to reject, delay, or cancel any withdrawal request that does not meet the minimum deposit turnover requirement.
• Additional wagering requirements may apply in accordance with the applicable promotion terms where a bonus or promotion is accepted.

Bet Rules:

• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled except where declared void or incorrectly settled.
• Stakes are deducted at the time the wager is placed.
• Minimum stake amounts apply depending on the product.

Turnover Calculation:

• Only confirmed bets count toward turnover. The following do not count toward turnover or rollover:
  • Void, cancelled, drawn, or tied bets
  • Bets below Euro 1.50 odds or Asian Handicap 0.5
  • Opposing or hedging bets on the same event
  • Arbitrage or risk-free betting behavior
• Jaiho88 reserves the right to adjust turnover contribution by game type.
